Refund Policy

We bill in two installments: 50% on brief acceptance, 50% on launch. Refunds are governed by the project stage when you request cancellation.

Before kickoff

If you cancel before we've scheduled the kickoff call, the deposit is fully refundable, less a $99 administrative fee.

During direction phase

Once we've delivered visual direction, the deposit covers the work done. Cancellation at this stage forfeits the deposit; no further charges apply.

During build phase

Once visual direction is approved and build has begun, the project is considered in progress and not refundable. We'll deliver what was scoped within the agreed revisions.

After delivery

Final deliverables are not refundable. Bugs and discrepancies within 14 days of launch are fixed at no charge as part of the engagement.

Monthly Maintenance

Maintenance subscriptions can be canceled anytime. The current month is non-refundable; cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle.
